The City of Jaipur is located in the State of Rajasthan in the Northwest part of India. It is located about 250 km from New Delhi and Agra (the home of the Taj Mahal). Jaipur is well-connected by air, rail, and road to all major cities in India. The preferred international gateway for reaching Jaipur would be New Delhi, although Mumbai (formerly, Bombay) would also be an option. Visitors traveling to India must have a passport that is valid at least six months beyond the date of entry into the country and have a valid visa. If you choose to obtain the "conference visa" and need a letter of invitation from the conference organizers, a formal letter can be sent to you on request.

Most of the foreign nationals require a valid visa to enter India.
